Regular meals £5.50 · Large meals £8 · Beef and salmon £3 extra. A single meal is a one-off order, paid once. A box of 5, 10 or 15 meals is a weekly subscription: skip, pause or cancel any week before its cut-off.

Delivery & collection

Collection is free, from Unit 4, 6 Argall Avenue, London E10 7QE: Sunday 6pm to 8pm, Monday 8am to 3pm. Local delivery is on Sundays, 2pm to 9pm. DPD delivers next day across the UK. Delivery charges, and any free delivery, are worked out at checkout from your postcode.

Two deliveries can be requested, with a delivery charge for each. Choose how your meals are split.

Weekly menus are released at the beginning of the week. Order and make subscription changes before {{ cutoffRule }}.
